Digital Nomads KITAS! is a specific type of visa that allows representatives of 53 professions to live and work legally in Indonesia. No employer is required for this visa, but you can only work in the occupation listed on your Digital Nomads KITAS!.

 

Freelance KITAS Requirements

Applicant Documents

  1. Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.

  2. A recent colour photograph.

  3. A personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent amount of USD $2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.

  4. Proof of annual income of an amount equivalent to 60,000 USD.

  5. Remote worker employment contract with overseas company.

  6. Certificate of incorporation of employing company.

    Additional information for applicant applying INSIDE of Indonesia

    Single entry/Multiple entry E-visa (must be valid at least 30 days before expired)
